      Good to learn so manufacturing processes and some design drawing.

      Endless travel opportunities and advancement. Also very good with personal issues.

      Cons

      bonus structure is not great, they can change any bonus structure as they see fit. High pressure sales, not good at strategy planning or execution. Pay the employees at least 20 to 30% below market value and they do not realize it or they do not care. They have high turn over due to the fact that they have poor training programs.
