A friendly environment. Chances to interact with multiple departments. Inter-department communication level higher than usual which really helps.

Cons

Business not flourishing so a lot of lay offs. Apparently sales and marketing teams not performing well which affects the whole business. Obsolete equipment due to budget cuts.
