      Pros

      Zero. Less the 2% of the employees that work there get options. The only concern is pl, not employee well being.

      Cons

      Moral is do bad, nearly 99% of the employees are trying to get out. Management is completely non caring. Management has no ethical fiber.

      Pros

      Salary is a above average in a customer service setting. $12-$16/hr.

      Cons

      Managers there collect a paycheck without doing much else. They don't train there new hires but they expect them to know every aspect of their job and in as little as 3 weeks! I would avoid this company if at all possible. Their on time deliveries were never on time and when the customer wanted a status update they kept blaming their other company in Mexico for their delivery delays.
