Lots of intelligent people, and interesting work. Products have limitess growth potential.

Cons

salaries are below average. Company doesn't invest in training and supporting new ideas hours you have to work are rigid. You feel like you have to punch a clock all the time. Lots of miscommunication between managers and subordinates, poor communication between diferent divisions. Low morale and problems with attrition. Cafeteria is gross

Constantly moving bosses to different dept., very unorganized on how they get the work out on the floor, they are constantly changing how things are done

It pays well but is very sad that the corporation is out of touch with the working people on the floor.

The pay is very good , benefits are ok , most of the people there want to do a good job and want to make a good product.

Cons

The management is out of touch , the new managers have no clue how to run the factory and i fear in the long run we will see the rest of our jobs go overseas. The older managers are afraid to stand up to management for fear of losing their jobs ! a very sad situation.
