Great co-workers, impressive CEO, respected by customers. For the most part acquisitions are left alone, not merged into the corporate structure.

Cons

Weak 401K benefits, pay structure and SIP. High stress environment. Company structure is very different than Molex or TE Connectivity, Acquisitions IT structures are not uniform.
