The facilities are clean and organized

Cons

No xmas bonus this year for normal employees, but the CEO Norwitt gets one. Low Pay, sub par health insurance, incompetent management, no Over Time available since April 2024, they use health insurance coverage as an excuse to pay you a low wage, company has been outsourcing work to other countries when we barely have enough for our crew to work on. The only way to be promoted is to be part of the butt kissing team not based on skill.
