-Management listens and will implement good ideas -PLENTY of overtime opportunities -The cleanest machine shop I have ever worked at, many say the same -Personal growth and learning is highly encouraged, promotions are granted when earned. -Operating procedures make sense, and frequently improve -Most advanced machines that I know of in the area -better pay than most shops nearby

Cons

-Lack of accountability/tracking operator mistakes. There are some unnecessary speed bumps and irritations from people getting away with some things. -Weekend work. Some people dislike it more than others, but working one Saturday a month is not that bad, and overtime pay is nice.
