-low pay -tell you what you want to hear to get you to take the job then change the story once you start -decentralized model is a total pain. Customers hate it because they have multiple amphenol contacts for every product line. It creates division within the company, as many groups compete with each other -managers do not care about the growth of their employees, it is difficult to have a career path here
