Honestly can’t think of one.

Cons

Poor management. I would actually say there is no management. The employees get pushed around then tossed to the side. Known employees with substance abuse and they turn a blind eye is one example. I can’t say one person with the title of manager knows what they are doing.

Fast paced environment, always more tasks than you have time in the day to complete. Family like environment with phenomenal people who genuinely care (with the exception of certain "leaders")

Cons

55-60 hours a week still isn't enough to complete all tasks. Expected to come in on "off Friday's" even though they'll entice you with this "benefit"

Cons

You only get 3 sick days. Cannot leave Camus for lunch without clocking out. Vacation is well below industry standards
