They'll grind you into dust

Pros

If you make it past the 1 year mark, the PTO is pretty generous in accrual. The people who work the factory floor are really great and caring.

Cons

Upper leadership says they care, but will hang you out to dry. Long hours, often working 6 days a week. They can't keep staffed so you often do the job of 3 people. If you work hard there is no reward except more work. Upper management and office ladies play favorites. People who are there for 3 months and leave get big farewells, cupcakes/card/cake. People who are there for years and leave get nothing.

Pros

Pay is decent enough. If you have no personal life this is the job for you.

Cons

When hired you are told you will have a choice of shifts you are willing to work. That quickly disappears once you get close to your 90 days then all of a sudden your doing multiple shifts in the same week even going from nights to days with no time in-between, sometimes only 5 hours between shifts.

Pros

Stability Flexibility Good hours Good benefits

Cons

Understaffed Management/Employees are not held accountable for their work. Salaries are under the market, Annual raises are below the cost of living increase. There isn't much incentive to go above and beyond. Communication is not good between department and divisions.
