Pros

Same hours on a regular basis. Not bad gig for those looking for repetitive work. Benefits okay, good for students during the summer months.

Cons

HR not very helpful or friendly. Union base pay, and seniority does not always work out for your best interest. Supervisors are hired from within, and some do not posses the skills for being in a management position.

Pros

Small staff which tries hard. Decent pay and benefits for small midwestern town locations. Solid business performance.

Cons

Small staff so larger workloads. Little creativity allowed/desired. Very 'old-school' management styles and tactics.
