Stability Flexibility Good hours Good benefits

Cons

Understaffed Management/Employees are not held accountable for their work. Salaries are under the market, Annual raises are below the cost of living increase. There isn't much incentive to go above and beyond. Communication is not good between department and divisions.

Farmer owned and factory workers great to work with.

Cons

Keeping up with current industry standards and letting the factories have some say in future improvements vs running everything from a corporate office. Pay and raises reflect falling behind industry standards.
