Ambitious, but Confused Company

Pros

I'm grateful for my time at Amplify. I got to work on a product our team and company believed in, and it really launched my career because I was able to work on a ton of different projects in a short time. The people were mostly nice and dedicated.

Cons

From the first, people had ideas about how to build a great product but no real idea whether there were enough customers to repay the investment. More or less constant company reorganizations didn't affect me much but created an atmosphere of low-level dread and confusion.
