Pros

My direct manager was incredible. The work can be interesting.

Cons

The timelines for projects are not sustainable. Working long hours to meet deadlines. Upper management does not listen to the people doing the work.

Extremely flexible, kind management, care about their employees, pay is decent, benefits are great.

Cons

Haven't seen a lot of opportunities for upward mobility, some people that don't do well at their jobs are still there.
