      You work with passionate people who are trying to bring quality educational services to schools. Flexible work from home options are a plus.

      Cons

      Starting positions are contractors who do not get PTO, sick days or decent benefits.

      Amplify hires for both full-time and contract roles. Unfortunately, contract roles are temporary and not currently eligible to participate in employee benefits.       Many positions are remote, so it may be harder for individuals to hold themselves accountable.
