      Pros

      It's a very positive work environment. I feel heard and my work appreciated. While obviously for profit, the mission of the company puts students at the forefront.

      Cons

      There are a lot of platforms to use because different teams have different preferences. No decisions have been made to choose common platforms to align cross team which can cause confusion at times.
