      -Had some great colleagues -Flexibility with work from home

      -Completely disorganized with vague communication from the top down -Leadership creates a poor culture -Little support from managers -Not forward thinking enough -Wrong people in the wrong seats when it comes to leadership

      Pros

      Working from home, hours, nice group of people.

      Cons

      Training should be more in depth for SalesForce, InContact and logging calls. There is no room for growth here, raises are a joke and the managers need to be properly trained. Your list you call on most of the people are retired or deceased.

      Great boss, decent pay, opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      Two of everything...e-mails, etc. I receive information from both Amplity and the company that contracted with Amplity. Not a big deal but it can become a lot. contracts are only a couple of years or less.
