Leadership takes advantage of their employees, commission plans were recently changed and are now very difficult to reach, you are promised raises you do not receive, the CEO and executive leadership board is not transparent, people are not given the commission they have earned, there is not a lot of trust, you are given responsibilities outside of your scope for no compensation.

There are several different teams within Amplity as they are working many contracts at once. On the aesthetics team the management (some) is not there to be a support system- they are there to try and trick you by holding you to standards that they make up along the way. Not to mention, they do not provide peer-to-peer training on their platforms then expect you to know what they haven’t taught. They have vague “at your manager’s digression” contingencies clauses for your commission with no true metrics for success (sounds wild- I know). For whatever reason they scrutinize performances and look for reasons to fire truly talented, hardworking, proven-to -be-successful employees. They will ambush you with HR with no discussions about their concerns or issues prior to. They exercise their “at-will” firing rights — that’s for sure. Unless you like wondering if you are going to have a job the next day I would stay away. Best of luck!
