Working from home, hours, nice group of people.

Cons

Training should be more in depth for SalesForce, InContact and logging calls. There is no room for growth here, raises are a joke and the managers need to be properly trained. Your list you call on most of the people are retired or deceased.

Cons

Nothing negative to report. Contract work has the element of being less stable than working for manufacturer, but Publicis does a good job of making the experience fair.
