      The job is okay

      Pros

      Overall a pretty solid job. The work is pretty easy. There are some nice people. Pay is Okay.

      Cons

      Not much help, only help is from someone at a different location that might take a while to respond. Computer system are bad (although they've been much better in the recent months since the upgrade) Not too many people know their job or what they are doing (including supervisors). A LOT of mistakes happen that eventually you will have to fix (sometimes the mistakes can pile up after months of no one catching on). There are no raises/bonuses and there are no promotions.
