Decent pay. Excellent support when it comes to safety, training, and having what you need to do your job

Cons

They have taken away some added benefits that I had when I hired in. Upper mid management can be hard to get along with.

Over worked, under appreciated, no room to advance unless you brown nose your way to the top. Management doesn’t care if you’re tired or if you’ve worked 40 of the last 48 hours you need to go and make the company more money.
