It's annoying that the manager and coworkers speak in their native language in front of you. It's rude and unprofessional. If you're not asian like the manager, they will speak about you and switch people's schedules around if they don't like you.

Decent pay/benefits, lots of free time. The company is continually expanding.

Cons

Irregular work hours, no steady work flow (for the smaller branches). Sometimes it is very busy, other times there is no work for days. Also difficult to advance within the company.
