Pros

I was able to learn a great deal. I am a strong trainer, a purchasing agent, a greeter, an announcer, able to assist with food styling, inventory, coffee service, coordinate the cleaning; worked with MS Office. Able to assist Passengers with ticketing, and boarding. Assisted passengers with local restaurants, hotel suggestions and local transportation advice.

Cons

The lounge is staffed with only one agent per 8 hour period.

Always someone willing to teach. Good work/life balance

Cons

IT is an absolute nightmare. Access to programs/licenses is a headache - I went without simple programs such as Adobe pro for months even after so many calls/tickets/emails that it was essential to do my job.
