Great communication with employees, strong HR department, great pay and benefits, nice people

Cons

Left during the pandemic when things were understandably a mess. The company is so big it’s hard to find your footing at first for entry level employees.

Benefits and hourly are good for hardly any experience or training

Cons

High turnover rate, First 2 years you have crappy insurance, company keeps pushing more and more work on employees without any give, local supervisors are nice but higher management passes down weird and that's the final word, union has gotten very lazy over the years, no home life.
