Business Outlook
Pros
Good pay and get to travel a bit. Most co-workers are fantastic and look after each other. Regular crews can take on that family feel.
Cons
Lots of time away from home. Hourly pay is great but you only get paid for 65 hours and you’re away from home for 6 days. Management often times does not seem to have the employees best interest at heart. Long hours and wearing on the body.
