50% of the office staff is dedicated essentially to collecting data or following ridiculous paperwork workflows, which is very frustrating. Nothing works fast
If you take a production or field position, you will not be able to have a life outside of work.
Management will constantly take away support and resources and ask for the same production.
Pay is ok, I wouldn't say it's great.
Benefits are just as crappy as everywhere else since OC was mandated.
The yearly bonus is kind of a lottery, it based on factors you can't control through a poorly planned system. So if the numbers happen to work out, you get a bonus.
Performance bonuses don't exist, other than in a handful of rare special projects.
Tuition assistance is laughable, $5k a year.
Internal raises are inflation only, even with a promotion it's difficult to get compensated.
