      Great salary and benefits, and top notch folks to work with in all departments. Very diversified workforce.

      24/7 operation, so initially you’ll work odd hours.

      Pros

      The work is steady so don’t plan on having a life. You can sleep at night if you work nights. The benefits are decent.

      Cons

      There’s a new CEO and everybody is afraid of losing their job so you better watch out because it’s every man for themselves. They don’t provide employed with the correct tools/equipment and they’re quick to retaliate. Upper Management doesn’t know how to change the old mentality work culture so new blood is needed that can come off the street and not from within. There is no work like balance.
