The people, the work, the travel, the benefits and pay are all excellent.

Cons

I felt like we were chronically being sent out on trips in trains with mechanical issues. The delays didn't bother me so much, but Amtrak needs to invest in modernizing its fleet. They should've made that a priority with the infusion of government money.
