      Pros

      Lots of great perks working at a large established company. The offer a 7% 401k match, a pension, and even free rail travel which is a great excuse to head hop on the train and catch a show in New York. They are in a growth phase and open to a lot of new ideas so it feels like a really exciting time to be here.

      Cons

      They've been around for over 50 years, so sometime you bump into a policy that feels outdated, but their priorities are in the right place.
