      Pros

      flexible hours, great management, great environment to work in. Lots of benefits. Way easier to save for retirement because of Tier 1 and tier 2 railroad income tax. Sounds like a lot more but you save a lot, trust me.

      Cons

      Long hours, you barely have holidays unless you have senority which you won't because you just got hired. You get the left over jobs that no one else wants, and ya long hours.

      Amazing career good union and amazing brotherhood

      Cons

      Management is non experienced in railroading themselves. They care more about corporate profits than employee safety and look to scapegoat their wrong decisions on the knowledgeable experienced lifelong railroaders. It's sad and pathetic
