Pros

- Projects are good - There is wide scale opportunity for choosing field - Only good if you are in a director position

Cons

BAs are treated as scribes actual than professionals, ironically they are treated as daily wage labors Leads and Manager are poor workers, with their dumb and unprofessional behavior in the professional environment. Projects go in drains all the time with fake smiles and back biting attitudes Outsiders: If you are joining as a Business Analyst in this company, be prepared to cry and be hated to what you do. You will loose your self respect, dignity and talent if you work here.

Pros

Seriously, none that I can think of.

Cons

An awful place to work, low morale, dreary offices, outdated office equipment, a joke of an IT department, catty co-workers, lots of lazy lifers who just show up each day counting down to retirement. Compensation is a joke - forget about raises. It's got all the cons of working a government job - like low pay - but none of the perks.
