      Pros

      Excellent Benefits, Great Pay, Always meeting new people, friendly people to work with for the most part, Union

      Cons

      When trying to move around they say they hire internally first, thats BS, it's all about who you know, or who's butt you kiss. Make sure you know someone, or else you probably won't get a job.

      Pros

      Some very interesting work that is good for building a good resume. Also they have a good pension plan however you must stay there 5 years or you do not get any of your pension when yoiu retire.

      Cons

      The senior management is incompetent. They are more interested in hiring big talkers, rather than doers. They promote their friends, regardless of whether they are any good or no, they fire people who are not their friends, again, whether they are any good or not. Most troubling for me was that even though this is a government funded company, they are the most racist company that I have every seen, in terms of promoting minorities.
