Really poor culture. No one knew what was going on. When I was there, I worked in corporate accounting. The team was mismanaged. I worked with a disgruntled middle aged man who didn't really know how to think out of the box. Furthermore the team leader was poor as well. She was supposed to set up 1:1s with new employees on a monthly basis to see how I was doing - but she never did. You would ask questions - they would get mad. One time they had the audacity to give feedback - after I decided to quit. At that point, I dont care what people at a failing business have to say.

Atmosphere in the shop is miserable. Union Board members and brothers alike will rat you out in a minute just looking for an “attaboy”. It’s best to stick to yourself and give nobody any information or insight in your daily life.
