Pay, Benefits, Exceptional Retirement savings. Exciting projects, Helping to improve America Transportation.

Cons

Most of your co workers are either phoning it in, or drowning in work. Either way, getting them to do their assigned jobs is always painful and takes weeks/months longer then it should.

Pros

Many great people that work for the railroad, flexible work environment, pays decent.

Cons

Culture can be toxic with no ramifications for senior leaders. Constant change in senior leaders and objectives change making it hard to fulfill with constant pivots. Not quick to adapt to change or hire people based on skill set and past performance but who you are friends with.
