Pros
The culture, salary, and people- Amway is one of (if not the) highest paying employers in West Michigan. There are a lot of opportunities to engage in the work you want to and move around.
Cons
Amway used to be a stable employer- those days are gone. Expect significant job cuts every 1.5 years as there doesn't seem to be a plan other than to "grow"
