great company to work for, the benefits are good and management is very reasonable and accommodating to your personal needs, keep to yourself and you'll do fine

Cons

the drama is excessive, you work among temps who worry on too much drama and the full time staff no matter what age are messy, everyone is constantly trying to get into your personal affairs instead of do their job

Recent upper management hires destroyed the family culture. New top-down management style is demoralizing and demotivating. Money is squandered on gambles and upper management pet projects, rather than focusing on evolution of core profitable products.
