You have a lot of responsibilities and you are quite fast introduced to the tasks you will have to do. Your tasks are clear and quite easy.

Cons

The atmosphere is terrible. Every single person is talking behind every other's person back. Absolutely normal for the company is telling lies to the higher-ups, because they know better themselves. Nobody cares about deadlines and it is really stressful because of that. People you work with will tell you one thing to do and then they will tell you that they were expecting it to not work. Huge mess. Also 8,5 h of work without possibility to not go for a break.
