Pros

- Excellent 3-4 week paid training on most of the things you'll need to know. - I met some great people here.

Cons

- The amount of calls(Specially end of the month) that one takes can get overwhelming. Then again it is a call center. - Management favoritism.. -

1) the working atmosphere is very good 2) income potential very high 3) good superiors to help you acheive what you dream 4) appreciable customer importance

Cons

1) has a bad image in the market which is not true 2) need to keep a minimum qualification for entry 3) will be nice if more product trainings are imparted
