      Pros

      At times it felt like Disneyworld- almost too good to be true. Everyone was so friendly and engaging. There is always someone to turn to in order to get the help that you need.

      Cons

      Very cliquey with certain groups- people who had been there for a long time were not very accepting of new ideas or methods. My manager was very established and at times wasn't up to speed on the newest HR policies for our department - made me feel like I was less than valued.
