The benefits are good, the owners care about people but management does not care for them, only for their benefits.

Cons

Excesive favoritism, you have to bend over backwards to succed and to be on the good side of the supervisors and managers

pay and benefits....company perks..discounts ...says i must enter at least five words here but i really can't say much else..most of the people were great to work with

Cons

they would rather hire in new interns than promote from within so they can pay them less..personal observation and experience..if your in a place they want you to stay..there you will stay until they decide to 'clean house' usually once every 10 years and 'eliminate' or outsource your job..then probably bring it back later with cheaper labor..personal observation and experience

They give ample time off with great health benefits, the environment is clean to work in, safety is a top priority,

Cons

Communication on issues in the plant at times can be very poor and middle management does not reflect the core values in which the company was founded on
