#1) affordable quality skin care and even more affordable when you're an IBO (independent business owner) #2) beats the competition on both price and product performance #3) 180 days money back guarantee (even if the bottle is empty) #4) loads of fun at the skin care parties and potluck dinners

Cons

#1 Not all women are willing to even TRY your product I had a list of 57 women and only 2 decided to TRY and BUY my product . The rest were very happy with their own products. #2 I sold $371 on my first three months only to get a check for $73 from the company. #3 you must pay $50 per year to renew your business and $10 a month for two business meetings #4) you pay for the product samples

The benefits are good, the owners care about people but management does not care for them, only for their benefits.

Cons

Excesive favoritism, you have to bend over backwards to succed and to be on the good side of the supervisors and managers
