Normal benefits, IT did a good job when Covid-19 forced everyone had to work from home.

Cons

The Broker you work for decides everything. What you do, how you do it ect. If you have a good broker manager, it's fine. If you have a bad one, move on.

Leadership structure within Access is strong and I feel like I have a voice. You are judged based on quality of your work and not hours sitting at your desk. Overall I feel that the division has great camaraderie and I enjoy coming to work

Cons

Work being done on diversity, but not quite there yet.
