Pros
Free drinks during the day, clean workspace, and safe. Quality building and cleaner than many places I worked. Phenomenal Benefits package!
Cons
Minimal to non-existent sales training, and untrustworthy people (DO NOT OPEN UP TO OTHERS HERE, THEY WILL USE IT AGAINST YOU). Complete disconnect between corporate headquarters and the Dallas office. Claim to listen to employees, but when you speak up it is looked down upon. Overworked, underpaid, and undervalued if you are a low person on the totem pole. If you're a broker or make them money? You'll love it here, but if not? Hit the bricks.
