Pros
- Largest Wholesaler in the biz - If you get on a good team that takes the time to mentor you, it can be a great learning experience. - Company offers classes that can be used for CE credit. - Management tries to teach newer entrants into this industry by offering training meetings. - In-office massage once a month.
Cons
- Not a clear path on how to advance from a service type role to something more substantial. - Sometimes it feels like each team is essentially it's own small company and we are all just sharing office space.
