Great benefits and PTO. Paid holidays. Holiday party. Good coworkers. Option to work from home. Middle management is great. Issues resolved quickly

Cons

Management. Lack of communication. Employees aren't treated like they matter. Lowest company morale for any company I've ever worked for. No employee appreciation

Great corporate cultior, Very employee-centric. Willing to make employees happy. Listens to employees needs and tries to accommodate. Provides a great benefits package with 401k. Great people to work with.

Cons

Some of the management are not in the right place. Can get snugly from time to time. Very few managers should not be working were they are.
