One of the best companies to work for

Pros

They have talent spread out through multpiple offices, so if you need help or guidance, you can always find a resource. The offices are filled with life. The people who work there including management are VERY happy employees. They give you the freedom to become your own boss and where you push yourself is how far you will go. They do their best to make the office fun and they don't micromanage, which is great for employee morale. I don't know how they haven't won best employer to work for as of yet.

Cons

There really aren't any cons on working here unless you are a producer. It can be cut throat, but that is sales.

Great work/life balance, room to grow, advancement is encouraged, training always available, a great open door policy, great employees. Management always recognized hard working employees and offered awards and perks.

Cons

Sometimes there was too much training, policies constantly changing, breakdown in communications
