      They are very friendly and understand the training process. It is a difficult industry to learn quickly and they understand not much of it is taught in school

      Flexible hours and fairly close to home not sure what else to say that would be a pro about this job

      Cons

      No structure nor unity. Circus environment. Management allows employees to do whatever they want. A lot of favoritism. No interest in their employees only themselves
