      Pros

      Steady and solid place to work. Corporate tries to treat employees well with different opportunities. Best way to work here is to give in and drink the kool-aide.

      Cons

      Completely Corporate America. The people training the upcoming brokers don't know insurance at all. They just have business degrees. The love of the industry is overshadowed with the "right way" of doing business on paper.

      Pros

      Company employees go out of their way to help new hires learn the skills & techniques to be successful. Management is very friendly & approachable.

      Cons

      Can be a bit overwhelming for new hires. Sometimes policies change very quickly with little or no notice. Taking PASS calls can be unpredictable.
