      Honestly couldn’t give you a pro

      I worked for a sister company of AmWins called Alta Risk and it couldn’t have been much worse. No training, awful management, abuse of power, literally are abused by your superiors, regularly get screamed at and cussed out. They don’t support you when a co worker is literally sexually harassing you, and if you make one simple mistake at an inconvenient time they will screw you out of your bonus.

      Pay and benefits are industry standard good.

      Cons

      Neopotism is really prevalent. Really hard to move up if you aren’t favored by a higher up ( who all know each other). PTO restrictions when during the month you can take off.

      - Generous PTO - flexibility of hybrid schedule (two days in office)

      Cons

      - depends on your manager, but its tricky getting proper responses when trying to get in touch but expect for yourself to be top notch. But like I said, it all depends on your manager.
