Pros
I’ve worked for two other whosalers before making my way in here and all I can say is that there’s a reason why Amwins is #1. When you treat your employees right, they will in turn help build up the company. A lot of great resources and support available. Terrific with sponsoring vast amounts of charitable events. Everyone I’ve come across is extremely knowledgeable in their field yet humble to the core. Definitely a superb place to grow your career.
Cons
The processing system needs some work. A lot bugs and not quite user friendly compared to the competitors Lack of team building events, but perhaps this will change once the pandemic ends
